Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

UDT03 Links Tab of the UDT09 Screen

In stand-alone Time & Expense installations, use the UDT03 Links tab of the UDT09 screen to add, edit, or delete UDT03 links.

UDT03 Direct Links Subtask

Linking of an Org ID and Labor Location / Local (link 93) is not supported in co-deployed systems, so the Direct and Wildcard subtasks links do not display

Note: The Direct Link or Wildcard subtasks display conditionally, depending on how link options are set on the UDT options tab of Configuration > General Controls > Configure General Settings. For example, if the UDT is configured as a direct link, the subtasks related to Wildcards do not display, or conversely, if configured as Wild Card, the Direct Links subtasks do not display.
Note: If your version of Time & Expense is co-deployed with Costpoint, the Direct Links subtask is read-only, because modifications must be applied directly to the appropriate area within Costpoint.
